JORGE SALCEDO
Jorge Salcedo serves as President of IMPSA and Managing Partner of Industrial Acquisitions Fund LLC. In 2025, he led IMPSA’s acquisition and privatization, spearheading the company’s strategic pivot toward nuclear component manufacturing for the U.S. and Argentine markets and securing a three-year renewal of its ASME N-Stamp certification. Under his leadership, IMPSA restructured approximately USD 583 million in legacy debt, restoring the company to financial stability and laying the groundwork for international expansion.
He is a founding partner of Salcedo Attorneys at Law and Of Counsel at Ferrari & Associates in Washington, D.C. He also sits on the boards of Atlas Fund and SMART CT Solutions.
JUAN MANUEL DOMINGUEZ
Vice President and Director of Industrial Acquisitions Fund LLC. He was part of the team that led the acquisition of IMPSA and the strategic negotiation with the Argentine government during the privatization process. In his role, he drives the company’s institutional, political, and new business agenda across Argentina, the United States, and Latin America.
He is the founder of YAP and YAP Sports, a partner at Balsera Communications for Latin America, a board member of GCDI, and Director of the Buenos Aires chapter of the Argentine-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida. He also participates in the regional expansion of Newsweek in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
FREDDY BALSERA
Entrepreneur and communications strategist with an extensive track record in the United States. He is the founder and CEO of Balsera Communications, advising corporations, financial institutions, political organizations, and labor unions on positioning and public affairs campaigns. He serves on the boards of companies and non-profit organizations in Miami-Dade County and participates in industrial and technology investments in the United States. He was a political analyst for Telemundo and was nominated to serve on the United States Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy.
PABLO MAGISTOCCHI
Industrial Engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, with postgraduate studies in Australia and a specialization in sustainability from MIT. He leads IMPSA’s operational transformation and international expansion process.
He has extensive experience in the development and structuring of energy projects and strategic infrastructure, including thermal generation, renewable energy, high-voltage lines, and projects related to the oil & gas sector, combining experience in the public sector, private sector, and industrial execution.
MARIO CROCE
Industrial Engineer with an MBA from IAE Business School. He was one of the key executives in the development of IMPSA’s hydro and nuclear businesses, consolidating the company as a global player in energy infrastructure.
He has led strategic projects for YPF, Yacyretá, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina, and CNEA, among others.
JUAN CARVALLO
Specialist in the energy sector and international industrial expansion. He actively participates in the development of strategic alliances and productive initiatives for IMPSA in the United States and allied markets.
He is the co-founder of Power One Solutions, a company focused on renewable energy solutions, power quality, and electrical infrastructure.
MARIO SCARPA
Electrical and Electronics Engineer, graduated from the Universidad de Mendoza. With more than 30 years of experience at IMPSA, he has held a variety of technical, commercial, and managerial positions, building extensive expertise within the industry.
In addition, he was responsible for the company’s operations in Malaysia until 2018, leading international projects and teams.
