Structural
Proved performance design on single girder as well as double girder structures’ scheme. Fully in-house design capabilities, including RPE certification if required.
Main Hoist
Main hoist systems from 50 ton single lift up to 65 ton twin lift.
Different speeds selected for each size in order to obtain the shortest and more efficient cycle times.
Trolleys
We offer self-propelled and rope towed trolley as per client preference. Increased trolley speed for larger cranes and final speed limited to 210 m/min for self-propelled trolley to avoid wheel slippage.
Travelling systems
All of our design can be adapted to wharf and rail load capacity modifying wheel’s diameter from 630mm to 800mm and travelling system arrangement of 8, 10 or 12 wheels.
