IMPSA and ARC Energy formalized their strategic alliance. This union seeks to position both companies as global leaders in the Oil & Gas industry.
The agreement includes a joint investment to build a new industrial facility on IMPSA’s property in Mendoza, where it currently carries out work for various players in the oil industry, such as YPF, for which it is developing a special 178-ton furnace for converting oil into diesel.
The relationship between IMPSA and ARC Energy was strengthened by the key role played by Jason Arceneaux, chairman of ARC Energy, in the transaction that led to the company’s privatization, thanks to his strategic relationship with IAF, the US investment fund that completed the deal.
“IMPSA’s potential as a strategic supplier to the Oil & Gas sector is invaluable throughout the continent. This strategic alliance will be a catalyst for ARC Energy’s growth in Argentina and throughout the region,” Arceneaux emphasized.
With a presence in the United States, Africa, Asia, and Europe, ARC Energy specializes in providing solutions and equipment for energy projects in the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments.
“The human capital that IMPSA has at its Technological Development Center in Mendoza has unique training and specialization in the region. This will be a key differential when expanding this strategic alliance to new markets,” Arceneaux added.
