IMPSA signed a contract with the National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA) to manufacture auxiliary components for the CAREM nuclear power reactor, the first one designed and built entirely in Argentina. This agreement positions IMPSA as one of the few companies in the region capable of working with nuclear-qualified components, and positions our country as one of the world leaders in the low and medium power modular reactor segment.

The signing ceremony was attended by IMPSA’s President, Gabriel Vienni; IMPSA’s CEO, Gonzalo Guilardes; the National Secretary of Industry and Productive Development, José Ignacio de Mendiguren; CNEA’s President, Adriana Serquis and CAREM’s Engineering Manager, Ignacio de Arenaza.
