Delivery of First Colíder Unit for Commercial Operation
We would like to share with you that on February 22nd, 2019, IMPSA delivered successfully the first three 103 MW units of the Colíder Project for commercial operation. Their physical dimensions are similar to the units belonging to Tocoma. The Colíder hydroelectric station is located to the North of the State of Mato Grosso, 700 km away from the City of Cuaibá, Brazil, on the Teles Pires River. It will have 309 MW of installed capacity and the energy production will be sufficient to supply almost one million people.
