The President of the National Commission of Atomic Energy, Ms. Adriana Serquis, the General Manager, Mr. Alberto Baruj, and a team of specialists of the CNEA visited IMPSA’s Center of Technological Development, where the successful completion of the Thermal Shield, one of Carem-25’s key components, was announced. Ms. Adriana Serquis stated, “I’m proud to visit IMPSA’s facilities, an icon for our country. We hope that this national company continues contributing to the development of projects, including CAREM, which, as you may know, is the project with the largest financing for development purposes for the National Commission of Atomic Energy.”
An agreement was also signed between IMPSA and CNEA related to the provision of engineering, manufacturing, and supply of new components for the construction and startup of said reactor.
